Do you have parking ?
Yes, the hotel has a private parking inside the property, by payment.
Is the hotel located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone)?
To reach the hotel by car, it is not necessary to enter the ZTL. Simply set your GPS to “Via Fiume 20, Florence.” In case you do enter the ZTL, you can register your car’s license plate upon arrival at the hotel to cancel the fine, at a cost of 1 euro. The registration is retroactive for up to 3 hours and allows you to obtain a permit to reach the hotel without receiving fines; however, it does not grant access to drive in bus lanes.
What time is check in/out ?
The check-in is after 2 PM. The check-out is before 11 AM
Can we leave our luggage at the hotel on arrival / departure ?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the hotel free of charge
Is breakfast included ?
It depends on rate booked. The hotel has a breakfast room, where continental buffet breakfast is served every day, between 7.30 and 10.00.
Is the hotel close to the train station ?
Yes, the hotel is at 300 meters from the train station (Firenze SMN). It takes 3 minutes walking.
Is city tax included in the rate ?
No, the city tax is never included in the room rate. It has to be paid at the hotel

Yes, the room with view or the superior room have a balcony.
