Booking Confirmation:
To confirm the booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
Bookings under this rate can be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before the arrival date, except for the deposit, which is non-refundable. After this period, the full booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation or Modification:
Any cancellation or modification of the booking will result in the retention of the deposit. Changes to the dates are possible only subject to availability and in accordance with the cancellation policy.
No-Show:
In case of a no-show, the deposit will be retained as a penalty. The room will be made available to other guests for the remaining days.
Early Departure or Late Arrival:
This rate allows modifications to the booking up to 72 hours before the arrival date. After this period, no refund will be given and the full booking amount will still be due.
