Booking Confirmation Method:
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made with this rate allow cancellations without penalty up to 72 hours before the arrival date, except for the deposit amount, which will not be refunded. After this period, the full booking amount will be charged.
Cancellation or Modification:
Any cancellation or modification of the reservation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Date changes will be possible only based on availability and in accordance with the cancellation policy.
No-Show:
In case of a no-show, the deposit amount will be retained as a penalty. The room will be made available to other customers for the remaining days.
